This hotel was gorgeous and I would book again. Fantastic place, it was clean and had polite and welcoming staff on the night shift. The place had a cosy atmosphere. The restaurant was great at the first floor of the property, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a walk-in shower.

The rooms were spotless and impressive, with my 18 month old toddler.

It's just 10 minutes from victoria station. The room was looked super fresh with full-sized vegan toiletries and coffee. We especially loved the comfy, fluffy towels and the lovely rainfall shower. The atmosphere was buzzing, and we enjoyed the tasty food from the kitchen downstairs.

Dining was good, with locally caught fish, with very nice meals served in a cozy atmosphere. The hotel could benefit from better sound insulation as some noise was noticeable from adjacent rooms.

Chic stay with a cozy vibe

Loved the cozy, retro decor and how comfy the bed was! The hotel is in a quiet area, super close to Victoria station. Breakfast was delish, and I got to pick my seating, nice. Only thing was, the fridge was kinda hidden, and we didn't notice it at first.

The location is ideal, just a ten-minute walk from Victoria Station. The decor throughout the hotel is unique and warm, with retro design elements. I was actually surprised with the amenities. The room had a beautiful leather armchair, a mini SMEG fridge, and quality teas and coffees. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping everything super clean. The Cambrian Kitchen downstairs served delicious meals, and I loved the relaxed atmosphere there. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. There were a few issues. The room lacked a small table next to the armchair, leaving me without a place to set my coffee. The bathroom had a standard chrome pedal bin. A great choice for a cozy stay in London, but a bit more focus on finishing touches would enhance the experience.
